Our Services

Deal Helper specializes in lead generation for real estate investors and wholesalers. We provide Deal Helper services in a box, including lead generation, acquisition, and disposition, to help you close more deals efficiently.


Additional Services If Needed


We take a one-time flat fee of $100 to build a website for a client. The client needs to provide the domain, and we will also provide hosting.
If you choose us to do skip tracing, we charge 0.03 cents per lead.

Service Fee

Our services are charged at a flat rate of $249 per week or $599 per month. This fee does not include any third-party fees incurred for campaign registration or communication services.


Commission

If we do a wholesale deal, we will receive 20% from the assignment. If the property has been bought by the client, and they wish to express gratitude, there is no flat or fixed fee it’s negotiable.

Billing Cycle


Clients will be invoiced at the end of each week of service or the beginning of each month if they choose the monthly option. Payment is due within 7 days or 30 days of invoice receipt. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Trial and Service Delivery

Our services begin with a one-week trial. No weekly service fee will be charged during this period unless the client wishes to continue with our services beyond the trial.

Third-party Fees

Clients are responsible for the one-time A2P brand and campaign registration fee and any usage-based charges from Twilio for texts, emails and calls. These fees are payable directly to the respective service providers.

Billing

Our post-pay billing model is only available for the weekly package and ensures you are charged only after services have been rendered, or if you decide to go for the monthly package you will be charged right after the trial period for the whole month. Upon completion of the trial week and each subsequent week or month, we will issue an invoice for services rendered during that period.

Client Satisfaction and Review

We conduct weekly reviews with our clients to ensure satisfaction. Any concerns should be raised during these sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Services can be canceled at any stage before the start of the next billing cycle, and due to our post-pay model, refunds are typically not applicable.

Late Payment

Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of services

Changes to Services or Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our services or pricing. Clients will be notified of any changes 30 days in advance.

No Charges for Digital Goods

We do not bill for the use of digital goods such as CRM and e-signature tools required for our service delivery.

Deal Helper is not liable for third-party fees that are part of the service infrastructure.
